After spending over 20 years patrolling the highways of Kentucky I suggest each state start checking the eye sight of every person who is found to be at fault in major accidents. Seems to me the seniors driving to that age have been pretty careful. You've got thousands of people running around on motorcycles with NO helmets which is stupid so there appears to be many other chores to do. :h
