It would be "discrimination" only if they revoked or restricted your driving rights based on your age only, instead of based on your skill, knowledge and physical ability as they are here.
It's discrimination because your skill, knowledge, and physical ability is being challenge due to age. Everyone should be challenged, not just older drivers!
So then by the same logic we're discriminating against teens because some other law-makers decided they're too young to drive, drink or vote?
