Looks like, with the plan I have with ATT, I pay no more per GB for "overage" than I do for the first 4 or 8 GB, if I am on 4G LTE.
But, even at those uninflated data rates, I could use enough GB watching a two-hour movie, that it would be cheaper to just go buy the BluRay disc package. Also, ATT does not have 4G LTE in most of the places I would stop while traveling in the RV, nor does anybody else, because I am in the empty middle of the country where population density is too low to financially support the service. In these places, Verizon doesn't even have voice coverage without roaming, which is why I can't buy their service.
So it comes down to Where? And are you willing to pay for it?
