Great choices for transportation, but way too heavy for your Class II hitch.
These scooters weigh over 600 lbs. Your hitch has a capacity of 350 lbs. You still need to consider the weight of the carrier rack.
You might consider a lightweigt 175cc or 250cc. You might need to sacrifice comfort and or speed.

I agree. Great for traveling or run around, take shopping etc but too heavy to hang on the back. I remade a trailer I bought cheap to haul my Bergman 650 behind my 5th wheel which works fine.
