Morryde Pin Box question

I had a Morryde installed on my toy hauler at delivery. I now find that I can't turn nearly as tight as I could with a previous 5er of about the same size (no slider). Front cap profile is about the same. Did I possibly give up some pin box length by going with the Morryde?

Nice you filled in your info, sort of.

I didn't change a thing, it was sort of there all along.

    You are correct, sorry!

  • I have a short box Ram. I went to Camping World today with my tape measure and it appears that the Morryde pin box is the same length as the one that originally came on my Fuzion. I hate the idea of going to a slider because I love my current hitch (Curt 20 for Ram 5th wheel prep) but I may not have a choice.
  • Filling in profile helps people answer your questions much better. Sometimes pictures help.

DRW? SRW? MegaCab? CrewCAB? Aisin? 68RFE? 3:42, 3:73, or 4:10's?
  • Possibly the new pinbox is shorter than your previous inbox. If you have a long bed truck it should not be an issue, but it sounds as though you have a short bed.
