Leaf blower.
While the snow is fresh, and before it starts to melt and stick together, blow off what will blow off.
You really don't have to get "All" the snow off the roof, just a percentage of it. So you don't have to scrape each A/C, ect. Just move away what you can.
What about using a broom to bring the snow to the edge?
