Just in case you thought you have seen all the attractions in your RV'ing travels.

Well here you go, pictures of an 'incredible' roadside attraction for EVERY state!

From the largest gator in Florida, A real submarine buried in the dirt in Georgia, to Walmart's very first store still owned by wally himself. :B

I think I am going to go check out Swampy the 200 foot gator this weekend!!

How many of you have these checked off your bucket list of must see?

I think they must have redefined "incredible" and didn't tell me.

Agreed. While "The Big Stack" is kinda neat, I think there are a LOT of Roadside Attractions in Montana that are more interesting.
  • some of these attractions are not so sightly. reminds me of summer vacation movie and stopping to see the biggest ball of yarn.
  • As we traveled thru the various states we made it part of the 'adventure' to go by at least one 'roadside' attraction in each state.
  • Also check out the "Weird USA" book series. The On-line web site has LOTS of stuff, but the books for each state contain MUCH more. I have "Weird Indiana", and it was amazing, things I've grown up with and taken for granted are actually pretty awesome things. (It's all in the eye of the beholder!) Click here.

(If traveling through Indiana, here's some things you can check out too: Indiana attractions.)

Great link, and thanks for posting it! I don't think that Walmart/Walton's store is still owned by "Wally himself" though. His heirs maybe... :B
