Most reliable connector. semi 7 pin or RV blade ?

Iv been researching connectors because I'm not satisfied with my plastic hopkins connector. I'm sure the standard 7 blade design works fine, while having it's limitations as any. But I'm not a fan of...

Last time I flew in one, we took off but turned around and landed quick with fire trucks lining the runway. Must have been that plastic part breaking. lol
