I would suggest you go onto a Kawasaki Forum. Motorcycle trailer lights should not be run off the existing wiring harness. They should be run through a relay with power coming directly from the battery to power the trailer lights.I know there are plug and play kits for Goldwings as I just put one on mine. I don't know if any are made like that for your Kawasaki but the proper forum should give you the answers you need.
