This has been discussed to death before.
I'm a little surprised that a moderator is bringing it up yet again.
There will be a lot of ways offered to discourage critters from coming in but the only real long term solution is poison put in several secure bait stations around the RV. Take the stations with you if necessary.
Having a few conventional spring traps hidden under cabinets can get the occasional "hobo" who is travelling through.
If you make a SIGNIFICANT reduction to the varmint population nearby fewer of them will come in. And having them running around outside can be a problem too.
