Sealing all entry points into the trailer.. ;)
I park my trailer next to my house and it's surrounded by trees and my wood shed and I've never had a mouse in my trailer.. :)
Here is a pic of it showing the wood shed at the rear and the trees around it. I'm standing on the roof of my house to take the pic.

My wood shed is an "apartment complex" for mice and rats... I have to keep traps and poison traps in it year round and it all disappears.. I find all the dead carcasses as I pull the wood from the pile too, so I know they are there... I used to get them in the house too, but I found their entry point and sealed it and I haven't had one in the house for years.. I also get them in my crawl space from time to time, but not so much if I can keep my wood shed clear..
Good luck!
