Mr Clean Magic Eraser.
Question, can you use a Mr Clean Magic Eraser to clean the roof on a 5th wheel? Are there harmful chemicals in them?

Magic Erasers are a low grit sanding block. Do not use them on your roof. I wouldn't recommend using them on the paint on an aluminum sided TT either. Each time you do, you are removing a fine layer of paint. Just my two cents.
