Man, I’m sure it’s tough being motorhomeless. Not super conducive to wrenching on stuff either.
Honestly though from your descriptions it’s sort of impossible to say what’s wrong even though I have been working on these old vehicles since they were new(ish).
Try to separate issues. If you think it’s fuel/tank delivery related you could run it off a boat tank or gas can. But that costs money and some knowledge and creativity.

so I took sum pictures of it and sent it to chat gpt and it told me I gotta rebuild my carburetor so fortunately for me a friend of mine has an exact match and I'ma switch it out I'll let u know if it works
How does a picture of an engine sent to AI tell you that you need to rebuild a carburetor? That said, anyone with a little familiarity with engines would know that an engine - especially a gas engine - sitting for 10 years probably needs the fuel system flushed, cleaned and rebuilt. Gas varnishes, condensation builds in the engine and tank, rust accumulates, seals wear out and crack/leak etc. So from the tank to the carburetor everything should be cleaned, rebuilt and/or replaced.
