we've had coverage with them since '02 ... in late '05 rolled the coverage over to our current camper .... our policy is a bit different in that if totaled, no matter how long the policy has been in effect, they will pay the full value for which the camper was insured when new .... and yes, I have confirmed that with them by phone as recently as January of this year .... we now have a zero deductible because we have never filed a claim .... having no experience in doing so, its good to see positive reports from folks who have
