I use NOAA as my primary source.
But, I like Weather Underground for the ease and more local forecast of things like wind speed and precipitation amount.
My cell phone came with AccuWeather. Their radar screen sucks. It's covers to much area and can't be expanded or zoomed in to the area where you need it to be.
I also have a weather radio in my TT that I use for emergency warnings .
