Nationwide requirement for CDL when driving/towing over 10k?

Heard a rumor today from an RV dealer that legislation is coming that will require a CDL (Nationwide) when driving or towing anything over 10,000 lbs. Seems like just a rumor to me but don't put anyth...

Like I said, I thought it was a rumor for all the reasons stated and a few more. I do know how the Feds love to push stuff on the states, though. Thanks for the beating!! :)
