Nationwide requirement for CDL when driving/towing over 10k?

Heard a rumor today from an RV dealer that legislation is coming that will require a CDL (Nationwide) when driving or towing anything over 10,000 lbs. Seems like just a rumor to me but don't put anyth...

LOL! Okay, you're right, but when has that stopped the Federal Government? States control gun laws too with the exception of interstate commerce. Opps, I mean states used to control gun laws. More and more is being taken away.
