Nationwide requirement for CDL when driving/towing over 10k?

Heard a rumor today from an RV dealer that legislation is coming that will require a CDL (Nationwide) when driving or towing anything over 10,000 lbs. Seems like just a rumor to me but don't put anyth...

to maintain a CDL you must have a dot physical every 2 years if you have high blood pressure every year, uncontrolled blood pressure no CDL. Diabetic with insulin I don't think you can get one. 26,000 lbs, you must have a cdl. Air brakes, they have a air brake test. Now you here this on the internet. So you know it is true. Ha, HA.
