Nationwide requirement for CDL when driving/towing over 10k?

Heard a rumor today from an RV dealer that legislation is coming that will require a CDL (Nationwide) when driving or towing anything over 10,000 lbs. Seems like just a rumor to me but don't put anyth...

Physicals and random drug screens are mandated for ALL CDL drivers. If ou have a valid CDL and are not using it for your employment you won't have to worry about drug screens.
