Does not CDL stand for Commercial Drivers License? RVs DO NOT require a person to have a Commercial Drivers License!
This statement is far from the truth...if someone paid you to drive their RV...you will need a CDL and all the trimmings that go with it...IF, you drive a RV for a transport company, you best have a CDL......but some states,ie,Texas do have requirements that you need a NON-COMMERCIAL license to drive over 10,001 lbs or air brakes ...Chuck
