Nationwide requirement for CDL when driving/towing over 10k?

Heard a rumor today from an RV dealer that legislation is coming that will require a CDL (Nationwide) when driving or towing anything over 10,000 lbs. Seems like just a rumor to me but don't put anyth...

Correct.

However, how did we get to drinking age 21? 0.08 (and soon to be 0.05) BAC for DUI?

If such a requirement is on the horizon, the Feds will force it upon the states the same way: withholding of federal highway taxes from states that fail to comply...
