Need a sticker - Catalyst marked to prevent theft

I call manure - the police refused to go after a stolen vehicle because there was "no cause"?????


Per the Seattle Times, Seattle police will no longer enforce minor violations (infractions) like not wearing a bicycle helmet and not having current tags. That is a far cry from "they won't go after a stolen car".

I found no such announcement in regards to the Washington State Police.
