For those of you with older RV's, built on chassis designed for use above certain weights, have a certain number of verifiable miles on your RV and are otherwise exempt from emission under your state laws, there is a loophole in the federal regulations that may allow the legal removal of the cat. You will need to find a reputable emissions service shop that knows the full EPA regs and can perform the testing and certification. Not all potential eligible RV's will ultimately qualify but it's one of the of joys of having an older RV.
