You don't need a list of Walmarts to find cheap wine - just stop by any area where folks are "camping" on the sidewalks and ask!
BTW - for So. Calif, add Trader Joe's....."Two Buck Chuck"
;) - PaisleyDaleExplorerOregon is a yes.
- JAC1982ExplorerColorado is mostly a no. The laws have just changed but each store has to be able to buy up an available liquor license, and I don't know if Wal-Mart is getting in on the action. But King Soopers (Kroger grocery store) is. There is one near my mom's house that has beer, wine, and liquor already. But the one I shop at does not yet. Another I shop at has beer and other similar beer-like beverages (like hard seltzers and things like that) but no wine or liquor.
I'm also trying to recall if Walmarts in WY have wine. I know they have beer in a separate "liquor store" in the Wal-mart but I cannot remember if there's wine in there too.
But, as a plus, both states have drive-up liquor stores that sell wine :) So, to save time and effort, just go to those. - dcasonExplorerFYI, I am not calling all the walmarts out west or on the way out west. I know you guys all have lots of wisdom to offer...so I asked. We take two month trips and I just need to know my options. Never know where we will be as we boondock/dry camp for 99.9% of the time. The only way to travel!

I think that most of us are so surprised at the fervor of the OP's quest that none of us thought CALL WALMART! Wine is wine at the Walmart price point after all. Mad Dog, Ripple, it's all the same. :)
Which Walmart would you call? Very much a store by store issue. - wanderingbobExplorer IISTATES , in the Bible Belt many counties will decide who sells wine and who does not !

Speaking of Wallyworld booze in MO....couple years ago, we were at TableRock. Did the obligatory Wallyworld grocery n booze trip. They had Pendleton whiskey for $10 a fifth!
No one on MO knew what it was apparently. Dust on the bottles and about 60% discount!
Like in N WI, Seattles best coffee was the cheapest stuff on the shelf....maxwell house cost more! Lol - Grit_dogNavigator
