All I remember is when I first got my OFF-ROAD POPUP I stopped in at a truck stop place and bougth $150 worth of 12VDC items... The only thing I got that would work good was the lights I bought. Using 12VDC to power up heavy resistive coils takes forever. It would take 7 hrs to make a 10-cup pot of coffee haha..
I turned that puppy into a oil filler container haha...
My current Cuisinart Coffee Maker grinds and brews in less than 5 minutes and then pours up into a thermos carafe. Stays hot all day long... I now get a 10-cup pot of coffee and only use power from my Power Inverter or 2KW Generator for just a short 4-5 minutes...
I went looking online on how long this unit will take to brew coffee. Says a 5 oZ coffee cup takes 7 minutes running off the 18V tool battery.. Not too bad I reckon...
