I hope it works better than most of the cordless tools do. The contractors I have dealt with spend more time swapping batteries than anything. Some refuse to carry corded tools even though most of the sites have power. They must go through many batteries and take forever using their high priced junk. I had one throw a fit when I handed him a $5 corded drill to finish a job.
So while this would fill a need if you didn't need the batty to do any real work, like my 12v coffee maker it would function in a pinch but I prefer our 12 cup Rival auto drip that cost $6 at Walmart.
