We put our TireMinder monitors on our 2014 Jeep Cherokee and they work fine. So while towing we have tire minder, and when driving the jeep we have the internal jeep ones.
Same thing on our old 2004 Grand Cherokee. I think tire pressure monitors are required on all cars for many years now.
The RV monitors just go on the outside. We leave them on all the time.
