I looked at the site. All they have listed in a contact e-mail, no phone # or physical address. Since they don't have either listed, that would be enough for me to walk away, especially since they haven't responded to your e-mail.
Just because it says you can buy thru PayPal, that in no way shape or form makes them legitimate. There are hundreds of PayPal scams each year. All someone has to do is make a spoof PayPal account to get the money.
And as always....if it's too good to be true....
