Those foam Pool Noddles are fantastic.. I was doing some voluenteer work for a charity and they had a store room. THe door had a 6'header.. now I'm 6'2" so you can see the issue here and the boss.. Well he's in the same height class.
Kind of painful
I sliped a 1x2 inside a couple of those noodles and lagged them so the foam was at about 5'11". A. Bright orange so you see it and duck
B: padded if you don't.
