Doncha love theory?! :W Friend of mine bent his friction sway bar like a pretzel when he backed up, saw it with my own eyes. At that point he didn't care at all about the "why", just that it did bend because he forgot to remove it before backing up. Invest in a WD system that doesn't require the use of a separate sway bar and the issue goes away entirely. :B
