I am sure there is a niche market for this. Won't replace standard toads or golf carts but I am sure there are folks out there who view this as the ideal solution to a problem. If you were to be in one place that didn't require a car for long periods of time, something like that might be for you. People drive golf carts around our neighborhood all the time. Even to the grocery store.

it’s a solution in a desperate search for a problem.

I get the impression it’s meant to be used as a golf cart within communities. Probably safer than a standard golf cart although I see some golf carts have seat belts now. Neat idea. Probably work for some.

Death wish???. Meh. A lot of us drive bikes and scooters on the road. We spend a lot of time in Europe. People tend to be a little less afraid of living there. :).

The size of this car is standard in Europe, lol -- Italy specially.
  • He Mentioned The Villages in Florida. The Villages have special Golf Cart roads/pathways. The kicker is, Golf Carts by ordinance are limited to 23 mph. This vehicle is capable of 35 mph and I doubt the Villages would allow them on Golf Cart paths. AND as someone who has been going to the Villages for 20 years, I would NEVER drive this type vehicle on the regular Villages roads. It is dangerous enough in a regular car with how those people drive. Doug
  • Nice but I doubt it will be street legal in most states.

They should have made it the same size as Smart and looking closer to basic Suzuki Sidekick.

  • Probably as safe as driving a motorbike or motorcycle. With these type vehicles, any crash is dangerous.
  • LMAO @ the toad! looks perfectly safe unless you hit something...anything, really,,,larger than a 10-speed bike.
