I believe that will now change. They say the registration will NOT be renewed without the inspection transmitted to the MVD. If that's the case, then you would NOT be issued new plates without that sticker. Three days will have nothing to do with it.. I'm assuming Escapees will have an opinion about the change soon, since they're based in Livingston.....JMHO....Dennis
