We watched a guy in a $$$ Newmar rake the whole drivers side of his MH on a H-beam set in concrete at the front corner of the site. The wife yelled for him to stop before he hit it but....he ignored her and just kept going. I honestly don't know what purpose the beam served or why the CG thought it needed to be there, but all the sites had one.
I do fairly well backing up my rig and the wife is one of those that is good to just keep me from hitting something, that's all I want anyway. It keeps us from yelling at each other. I don't care how many people watch me or how much traffic I hold up when I back into a space. I take my time and get out to look as many times as I need to. Haven't damaged anything yet and I have only been doing this for 3 yrs.
