I'm pretty surprised by a lot of the posts here.
People pull into a campground after driving for God knows how long. Under who knows what conditions. They're probably exhausted, stressed, nervous etc. Possibly under the weather. Possibly newbies.
So they're attacked here as being ignorant. Or excessively prideful. Or just plain unfriendly. Because they're not ready to put their significant investment in the hands of total strangers. Whom they know nothing about. They see you sitting outside having a cocktail. They don't know how many you have had. They don't know your abilities. Or your judgment.
The worst are the ones who consider other people's misfortune as their entertainment.
Some of you are coming off as petty or mean-spirited or self-righteous. And I bet you all think you're sweethearts.
