I don't know. A drone in springs or lake every now and then. big deal. what other pollution etc. problems do we have in tons of other places that are never, ever addressed?
tit for tat. a law comes about to 'make it all seem ok' and pristine and in fact it is a friggin' nightmare out there on this planet.
