NPS Drone Ban

As for liability insurance, that's a requirement ar a private club/field. The NPS parks a public areas.
Ah, no hunting is NOT allowed in any National Park I am aware of, in fact 36 CFR 2.2(a)(1) appears to ban hunting in all National Parks
There are some lands, that border on NP's that are jointly administered by the Park Service and another agency that do allow hunting. But those are NOT National Parks. Denali National Preserve is an example of this.
