I wonder about that too as we use our own and know that they are clean. We have a full size shower. I can understand when they have multiple people or small showers though. Many actually don't know how to use what they have. We had neighbors who camped with us and they had no idea how to use their water or that they even had a pump, how/where to fill the tank etc. We did some teaching that weekend.
