I once had a 10year old Blue Russian that had been de-clawed(front paws) before I adopted her. One day while sunning on the the front deck rail, a German Shepard came down the street and into my drive, right up beside the deck. He never saw the cat.
My cat jumped off the rail, swung her back legs around, and locked on to the dogs snout. She rode that dog back down the street where he came from and about 5 minutes later walked back home like she owned the neighborhood.
Love this one. I have some friends that have a declawed cat. It still kills all the squirrels and other rodents out of the trees in the yard. Claws or no. They don't even have to feed it much in the summer.
