We were lucky and experienced a night at -10 C (about 13 F) on our first trip before we knew what to worry about. We have no insulation on the tanks and it was only the first night out so not much in the black and grey tanks. I did notice that the exposed freshwater drain tap got frozen (couldn't turn the tap) so I wrapped a towel around it. Never thought about the black & grey water drain. I think I did run the water at the sinks a couple of times during the night to reassure myself that the water pipes were okay.
Anyway, it has been nice to know we can handle -10 with those minor precautions.
