One step closer
Signed the listing agreement today on a house I built with my own hands 12 years ago, kinda bittersweet, but were moving forward on full timing.

I could never sell our house and go full time. I've seen too many people wind up living in their RV while landed in the same place for years. Could never give up our yard, garage, tools, neighbors etc. It's fine to go out for several months but not forever..Just my opinion.
