I laughed at the second to last paragraph, that is exactly what we do (did, as our "kids" are grown now!) -- on last morning after breakfast, wife takes kids to playground as I finish packing, hooking up the trailer, and bringing it to the dump station (if we didn't have sewer hookup). Meet wife and kids at camp store, they jump in, and home we go!
