Stealing a concept from a fisherman's bumper sticker, "My worst day camping is still better than my best day working." I've encountered these type, some are amenable to a gentle introduction and reminder to how their dog's / child's barking / cries carry. Others aren't. It is always worth a try, you might meet some real good folks.
Be thankful you have the means to get out. Use the resources available to you, get the ranger involved if you don't want to talk to your neighbors. But as a reminder to all, we are generally in a public area when "camping." Don't like it? Head out and boondock or camp at home.
