Outstanding customer service - EEZRV Products

I thought I had really goofed. I bought a TPMS from Amazon just before we hit the road. For a number of reasons I did not get around to trying to put it on for 5 weeks. I found I had a returned product with missing power wires.

I was afraid that due to the elapsed time I would have difficulty getting the problem resolved. Happily I was wrong.

I called the company and could not have been treated any better. The up shot is I received a new TPMS via Priority Mail within days.

I can't yet speak to how the TPMS will work, but the customer care from Tom Robertson and EEZRV could not have been better.

Shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Certainly not a recommendation in my book.

As I understand it, the goof was on Amazon Fullfillment, not the vendor.
  • It sure the Hell is a recommendation! The OP had it for 5 weeks before he even looked at it.
Op had a duty to inspect his purchase upon receipt.
Try taking any item back to any retailer more than a month after you purchased it and say you are missing parts. Most of them will send you packing.
I would ay this company knows customer service. I am sure that the OP will return to this company if he has future needs.
I am sure that after reading this endorsement that some members of RV net will give this company a look if they need a product.

I agree on one hand but on the other hand humans make mistakes and he stood behind his product. That says a lot.

  • Tom has been great to work with. I have had the TPMS from him for 3 years now. Had one bad sensor and some batteries that were weak. He replaced them and everything works great.
