There are several Ox heads.. A "Fixed" model will replace that shower head easily.. The brass tube has 1/2 inch Iron Pipe Threads.. Male,, Same as the Oxygenics head has 1/2" IPT Female threads.. Exact fit..Just remove the head from the brass pipe
If you have a "Telephone" (Hand held) type you have two choices
One: Remove the head as above and connect hose there
2: Remove pipe from mixing valve.. You may need a 1/2 inch close nipple to connect, also add a vacuum breaker. (1/2 inch, RV stores sell those).
In all cases... The Oxy head will work.
