Park Models are not nearly as mobile as all other RVs. When a park model is purchased, it is delivered to a site and set up. Just like a mobile home is delivered to a lot and setup. Can't hook up either to the back of a pickup truck and head on down the road.
In my opinion, a Park Model is a mobile home. It is not a RV.
