I have seen construction workers pull park model to jobs that last years then move to the next job. They have the same systems as a RV such as holding tanks water tank and 12 volt system. They have a 110 volt frig and apt size stove /oven.
If it had a holding tank and a 12V system, then it's probably not a Park Model. Park Models are designed to be connected to water, septic, and 110V AC systems just like a typical house.
Park Models are typically constructed to ANSI 119.5 specs + state regulations.
What I was talking about was a Cedar Creek Cottage. Was looking at a 40' for a seasonal site. I guess they refer to them as destination trailers. They have tanks and a 12 volt system.
Keystone Jayco KZ make similar models.
