Now I don't like to any dealers or any sort, but as a dealer I wouldn't want to hold it for 2 months with just a deposit. It's taking up space and if the incentives deal is true, then I'd imagine those would go away.
If you're not able to drive a couple hours then either don't buy it, or buy it and let them hold it until its "convienent" for you.
This sounds more like a fickle buyer not a shady dealer .
