^^^^I agree, with the offer to do a full PDI before paying, and they would store the unit until you pick it up sounds like a fair deal to me. We had the dealer store our unit until we could pick it up and that was for about 3 months. Saved us buying it and then paying to store it. Sometimes "A bird in the hand...".
