Without any context, the post is pretty dang banal. If the dump site is closed permanently or even for an extended period of time, the post might be marginally valuable. But does anyone use these forums as a source to find active dump stations? And if it is a temporary closure for repairs it is actually a disservice to forum users who might infer from the post that the dump station is closed for an extended period of time.
Crystal balling the original post, it did appear it was posted out of anger with the intent to vent and possibly harm that particular Flying J.
