Hello everyone,
Just to clarify, as mentioned in some previous posts, going forward the only two options will be the Good Sam Club Swipe & Save Membership card as well as the RV Plus Card. All current RV loyalty cards will continue to function but Pilot Flying J will no longer issue RV loyalty cards. All current loyalty programs from Pilot Flying J such as the Preferred Member and Professional Driver card will continue to function as normal.
With the Good Sam Club Swipe & Save Membership card, Pilot Flying J can now offer these discounts to ALL Good Sam Club members, including the ones that don't want to get a charge card with us (the RV Plus Card). The Good Sam Club Swipe & Save Membership card is simply a way to lighten your wallet as this card can now be used as your Good Sam Club membership card as well as a loyalty card at Pilot Flying j; no need to carry two cards any longer!
In regard to pump start at the truck diesel lanes, the best way to utilize those lanes will be by using the RV Plus Card as you can fuel and pay right outside at the pump. No need to go inside at all when your use your RV Plus Card.
The old RV loyalty cards from Pilot Flyng J as well as the Good Sam Club Swipe & Save Membership card can be used at the truck lanes, but you will need to take those cards inside and prepay for your fuel to utilize the truck diesel lanes and receive your discount.
And of course, if you are using the RV or Auto lanes, simply insert your own personal credit/debit card first followed by the Good Sam Club Swipe & Save Membership card to receive your discount; no need to come inside.
Th other difference between the two cards when utilizing the truck diesel lanes is that the RV Plus Card ALWAYS give you your discount off the cash price while the Good Sam Club Swipe & Save Membership card and previous RV loyalty cards will give you your discount off the cash or credit price depending on how you pay.
So in summary, there are two great ways to save and you can choose which card works best for you!
Here you say this " All current RV loyalty cards will continue to function but Pilot Flying J will no longer issue RV loyalty cards. All current loyalty programs from Pilot Flying J such as the Preferred Member and Professional Driver card will continue to function as normal. " But elsewhere it is stated that in a few months the RV Loyalty Cards will no longer be accepted.
So which one is it? Your answer here could keep or lose you customers.
